As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative coordination and improve service delivery across the district, the North Gonja District Assembly held a comprehensive management meeting. The meeting took place in the office of the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Abdulai Nashiru, and brought together all heads of departments and unit heads, including the District Coordinating Director (DCD), Mr. Issahaku Abdul-Kudus.

The meeting’s purpose was to provide an opportunity for each department and unit to present their core mandates, share progress updates, and highlight the challenges affecting their operations. It also served as a platform for collaborative problem-solving and planning for future interventions.
