As the Quran was revealed in the month of Ramadan, Mosques around the world reverberate with melodious voices of qaris, reading the Quran following the rules.

It is said that the Prophet would listen to those who recited the Quran well among his companions, and sometimes he could not hold back his tears.

Today at Daboya in Limampe, RAMADAN QUR’AN RECITATION was brought to a close. ‘JIGI’ or ‘KADEU’, an Islamic Traditional event a while ago brought the activities of the Holy Month to Conclusion.

Three days ago, similar event took place in Kalampo with Bankarabasipe. Hon Red Bawa was accompanied by NPP party constituency executives both immediate past and current ones.

It’s characterized by special recitations, Prayers, feast and Thanksgiving for a successful sacred month.
