One hundred and twenty-seven (127) LEAP & LIWP Beneficiaries trained under the Complementary Livelihood and Assets Support Scheme (CLASS) intervention in North Gonja District

The Complementary Livelihood and Assets Support Scheme (CLASS) intervention in North Gonja District selected one hundred and twenty-seven (127)   beneficiaries drawn from LEAP and LIPW households from Guo, Lingbinsi and Zeipe who went through the training.

The training programme was carried out to achieve the following objectives;

  • To help the beneficiaries acquire knowledge in life skills on personal development, effective communication, group dynamics and leadership, health, hygiene and sanitation as well as citizenship.
  • To help them acquire skills in Basic Business Management ; financial literacy, effective marketing and packaging, sustaining their business as well as safe and environmental management
